We are happy to announce that our project Ruta del Peregrino has been
nominated for an award in the Future Projects in Masterplanning category
at the World Architecture Festival. Our project was selected from over 600
entries from 80 countries.

Urbaninform is online!

We are happy to announce that our Tlacolula mini doc for the International
Architecture Biennale Rotterdam (IABR) is online. You can watch the video on
Urbaninform. Urbaninform is a webpage about the informal city. This project
is an initiative by Rainer Hehl and Jörg Stollmann, curators of the section
titled 'Squat - The Informal City under Construction' where we participated.
The mini doc is part of the 4th International Architecture Biennal Rotterdam,
IABR 2009, curated by Luna Maurer and Marije ten Brink.

Dellekamp Arquitectos has been invited to take part in the "Voces Emergentes
en Arquitectura y Diseño" a conference cycle organized by CAM (Colegio
de Arquitectos de la Ciudad de Mexico). Eleven young architecture firms will
take part in this series. Derek Dellekamp's lecture will be focused on social
housing and will take place Friday, August 28 at 6:00 PM in the Auditorio
Carlos Lazo, Av. Constituyentes 800, Lomas Altas, Miguel Hidalgo, 11950,
Mexico City.

Ordos 100 Exhibition for ARTBasel

The curatorial team Territorial Agency has brought together all the proposals
for the Ordos 100 project to be exhibited in Switzerland during ARTBasel.
The exhibition's opening party will take place June 10th, from 5pm to 8pm.
It will be open to the public until June 14th, 2009. Ordos 100 architects in
Switzerland is supported by MARCdePUECHREDON.

Emerging Voices 2009 Conference Podcast

Derek Dellekamp was recognized as an Emerging Voice of 2009 by the
Architectural League of New York.
Derek Dellekamp presented the firm's work on March 5th, 2009, at the Urban
Center, 457 Madison Avenue in New York City. Also lecturing that evening
was architect Shane Coen of Coen + Partners from Minneapolis, New York

4th IABR Squat City Competition

We have been selected to be a part of the Squat City exhibition at the 4th IABR
International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam with our Tlacolula project. IABR
will be from September 24th, 2009, until January 10th, 2010, in Rotterdam,
The Netherlands. As a part of the selection, Tlacolula will also be featured
with 30 other projects through a mini documentary on the Urbaninform website.

Conference at MAM Modern Museum of Art

housing at MAM Modern Museum of Art, on June 3rd, 2009 at 19:30. MAM is

9by9 Global Housing Projects Exhibition

We are featured in 9by9 Global Housing Projects - Wohnmodelle Weltweit at
the Vai SCHAURAUM Vorarlberger Architektur Institutin Dornbirn, Austria, from
June 18 to August 22, 2009. Organized by Vorarlberger Architektur Institut,
the exhibition presents nine exemplary housing models, interfacing the
project with nine presentations on an emotional level. The exhibition is
based upon a book by Josep Lluis Mateo and his team at the Swiss Federal
Institute of Technology Zurich, ¨Global Housing Projects, 25 buildings since 1980¨.
